What is the 'keto flu' and will I get it?
This is a myth from classic LCHF. It happens to those who try keto on their own: a common beginner mistake is cutting carbs without adding enough fat. The body gets confused about its fuel source, causing a severe energy deficit that feels awful. If macronutrients are perfectly calculated, there are no negative effects, and you feel great from day one.
Is such an amount of cholesterol dangerous?

Why do you need cholesterol? To live! Fearing cholesterol in food is like fearing bricks at a construction site.
