Privacy Policy
Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty — effective from June 2, 2026
This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) determines the procedure for collecting, storing, processing, and protecting the personal data of Users of the altusketo.kz website (hereinafter referred to as the Site), owned by the ALTUSKETO service (hereinafter referred to as the Administration, details specified in Section 10). The Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V 'On Personal Data and their Protection' and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1. Definition of terms
'Personal data' — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
'Processing of personal data' — any action (operation) or set of actions performed with or without automation tools involving personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
'Confidentiality of personal data' — a mandatory requirement for the Administration or any other person who gains access to personal data to prevent its dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.
'User' — an individual who accesses the Site via the Internet and uses its functionalities.
'Cookies' — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's device, which the browser transmits to the server each time a corresponding page of the Site is accessed.
2. General provisions
2.1. Using the Site constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the specified conditions for processing their personal data. In case of disagreement, the User must stop using the Site.
2.2. This Policy applies solely to the altusketo.kz Site. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links from the Site.
2.3. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User, assuming the User acts in good faith and provides up-to-date information.
3. Scope of collected data
3.1. Personal data provided by the User when placing an order, registering, or contacting via feedback forms:
- Last name, first name, patronymic;
- Contact phone number;
- Email address;
- Delivery address;
- Information on food allergies and individual food intolerances;
- Information on dietary preferences and restrictions.
3.2. Data automatically transmitted to the Administration during Site usage:
- IP address;
- Cookie data;
- Browser information (type, version, language);
- Date and time of Site access;
- Addresses of requested pages;
- Referrer (address of the previous page).

4. Purposes of personal data processing
The Administration processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:
- Identifying the User to place an order and/or remotely conclude an agreement;
- Preparing customized keto meals based on specified allergies, intolerances, and preferences;
- Arranging courier delivery for orders;
- Providing feedback, including order status notifications and processing requests;
- Providing customer and technical support;
- Sending informational and promotional messages with the User's consent;
- Improving Site quality and analyzing user behavior in an anonymized form;
- Preventing fraud and ensuring security.
5. Procedure and terms of data processing
5.1. Personal data is processed using any legal method, including automation tools, without time limits, until the subject withdraws consent.
5.2. The User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties — courier services, payment providers, telecom operators — solely for order fulfillment purposes.
5.3. Personal data may be transferred to authorized government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan only on grounds established by law.
5.4. In case of loss or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, the Administration immediately notifies the User and takes necessary measures to eliminate consequences.
5.5. The Administration applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, or dissemination.
6. Obligations of the parties
The User is obliged to:
- Provide accurate personal data required for placing an order;
- Promptly update provided data if it changes.
The Administration is obliged to:
- Use the received data solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy;
- Ensure data confidentiality and not disclose it without prior User consent, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 5.3;
- Block or delete personal data within a reasonable time upon the User's request.
7. Liability
7.1. The Administration is liable for losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of their personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7.2. The Administration is exempt from liability if confidential information became public before its loss or disclosure, was received from a third party, or was disclosed with the User's consent.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. Before going to court, the parties commit to attempting pre-trial settlement by submitting a written claim.
8.2. The recipient of the claim must send a response within 30 (thirty) calendar days of its receipt.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be considered in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9. Additional terms
9.1. The Administration has the right to amend this Policy without the User's prior consent. The new version takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site.
