Why do we sell a full-day meal plan?
Ketosis cannot be triggered by a single dish: the body requires a strict daily balance of nutrients. That is why we prepare a complete meal plan with 4 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and keto dessert). You eat deliciously all day without hunger, and in the evening, you see with your own eyes on the test strip: ketones are present, and your body has begun actively burning its own fat!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is ketosis and why is it needed?
Ketosis is a natural metabolic state in which the body switches from breaking down glucose (sugar and fast carbs) to burning its own fat as its primary source of energy.
When carb levels drop to a minimum, the liver begins converting fats into ketone bodies — super-fuel for the brain and muscles. As a result, constant hunger disappears, cravings for sweets vanish, energy levels remain steady all day without post-meal fatigue, and excess weight begins to come off safely and quickly.
